Detailed Description
L’oréal Professionnel LuoColor Activating Emulsion is intended for use with L’oréal Professionnel LuoColor inks. LuoColor activation emulsion helps to create fresh, vibrant and plastic colors with an unusual effect. It covers up to 70% of white hair and lightens 2-3 shades.

Preparation
- Wear protective gloves.
- Use only with a specially designed LuoColor 25 developer (7.5%).
- Follow the instructions.
- If you are using a shaker, open it immediately after mixing the paint to prevent damage.
- Do not use any metal tools.
The LuoColor coloring cream is mixed in a ratio of 1: 1.5, eg 50 ml (1 tube) of LuoColor Cream and 75 ml of LuoColor 25 developer (7.5%). Pastel shades can be mixed in a ratio of 1: 1.5, eg 50 ml (1 tube) LuoColor pastel shade and 75 ml LuoColor 25 developer (7.5%), or for finer shades in a ratio of 1.2, eg 50 ml (1 tube) LuoColor pastel shade and 100 ml LuoColor 25 developer (7.5%).
Mix in a non-metallic bowl or shaker. Stir to a creamy gel texture. Apply the resulting mixture to the hair according to the instructions on the color.
