Make-up removal, cleaning and toning

Detergents are a type of hydrophilic washable emulsion with an external aqueous phase. They can be liquid, semi-liquid or creamy emulsions. According to these properties, we then call them either cleansing milks or cleansing creams. These products are used both for morning washing and for evening skin cleansing and make-up removal. They are usually applied to damp or dry skin on a cotton pad, which gently wipes the surface of the face. After using the cleanser, the face can still be cleansed with lotion.
