Pour 100-250 ml of hot water into a mug (it must not be boiling, ideally less than 70 degrees). Pour one bag of Samahan into the water, mix and drink. You can also mix Samahan in another liquid, such as coffee, milk or a herbal drink.

If you have difficulty, you can also pour two bags into the cup. We recommend repeating this twice a day in case of difficulties.

Samahan can also be used by children. We recommend giving children under 5 years of age only half a bag. The same goes for pregnant women, unless they are at risk of pregnancy.
