Recommended dosage:
Children from 12 years and adults 3-5 times a day 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of syrup daily directly or with a drink.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage. It does not replace a varied diet. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Keep out of reach of children.
