Recommended dosage:
For adults 3-5 teaspoons 3-5 times a day (5 ml), for children from 3 years 1 teaspoon of syrup daily or directly with a drink.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage. It does not replace a varied diet. Excessive consumption can cause laxative effects. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Keep out of reach of children.
