Apply an amount of mask about the size of an egg to the washed hair. Massage in from the roots to the ends and leave on for 5 minutes (to increase the effect, you can leave the mask on even longer). Then rinse thoroughly. Use the mask with each wash until your hair condition improves. Subsequently, to maintain healthy and beautiful hair, apply once a week. For curly, severely dry or damaged hair, you can use the mask as a rinse-free care - rub it into the ends of dry hair (not on the skin) and leave it in the hair all day.
