REGEL® is a recovery product on the market for use during and especially after training. It is a unique all-in-one recovery and energizing gel that provides you with all the necessary nutrients for fast recovery and energy restoration after a hard workout. It contains a carefully balanced ratio of three types of carbohydrates and free amino acids, anabolisers, two forms of creatine and a complex of vitamins and minerals. All in a ready-to-drink gel! Plus, the resealable bag can be resealed to divide the contents into multiple doses and adapt to your training needs.

- potassium - 400 mg (20 % RHP) - contributes to normal muscle and nervous system function and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure
- Calcium - 160 mg (20 % RHP) - contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal muscle function, normal nerve transmission and normal blood clotting, and is needed to maintain normal bones and teeth
