Carni Liquid 120000 mg contains a very strong dose of L-carnitine base (120 g in a bottle, 1200 mg in 10 ml). Carnitine is a substance traditionally used by many athletes especially in weight loss programs. Carnitine acts as an effective energizer because it improves the use of fat as an energy source (it acts as a "carrier" of fatty acids across the mitochondrial membrane). Its effects on weight loss are legendary. If you are dieting and getting enough physical activity, then it can be an effective aid in fat reduction. However, many athletes do not seek to reduce fat, yet they use carnitine precisely for its energizing effects.
