Recommended dosage:

  • Mix the contents of one scoop (6.5 g) of BCAA Instant in 400 ml of water.
  • daily dose is 1 - 3 scoops
  • for energising training and intense performance and for an anti-catabolic effect during a weight loss programme: take one scoop 20 - 30 minutes before or during training
  • for muscle mass growth: divide your BCAA dose (advanced athletes and athletes over 80 kg body weight 2 to 3 scoops) into three parts, the first 20 to 30 minutes before training, the second during training and the third within 30 minutes after training
  • for recovery support: divide your BCAA dose into two parts, drink the first half during the second half of the workout and the second half immediately after the workout
